Women and Men
By Angela Silva
I
am not writing this article to put women down. I am a woman myself.
However, as most women know we can play some very strange games.
Women play on men emotionally because we know they are weak
sexually. Now I know there are a lot of women who would say, "Men,
weak?" However, the truth of the matter is that men are born with a
sex addiction. Science has proven that men have a sex thought every
fifteen seconds. In other words, they feel dependent upon women to
fulfill a need.
Women, on the other hand, are born with an abundance of emotional
energy. We don't have nearly as many sex thoughts as men, but the
abundance of emotional energy can make us feel emotionally unstable
at times, and at others as if we are superior to men. Both men and
women have to learn how to handle their respective inheritances if
they are to get along.
One game that women play that makes men lose interest in them is
the, "Why don't you want to do what I want to do?" game, or the, "Why
can't you see things my way?" game. When was the last time you made
sure the man in your life suffered because he would not join in with
what you wanted to do?
Here's a scenario. Your husband or boyfriend gets very upset just
at the thought of you visiting a certain friend. He's noticed a
pattern that every time you come back from this friend's house you
sink into a depression and become distant from him. You tell him
nothing is wrong and to leave your friendship alone. A few days
later, after your friend's thoughts and worries have faded from your
mind, you want to get close to him and snuggle but he's very distant.
You have gotten over your emotional tizzy but he hasn't forgotten
yet. Why?
A woman's emotions are more powerful than a man's. As a
consequence, we have a tendency not to listen, because our extra
emotional energy makes us believe we already know what's best, and
what he is thinking or going to say. The communication between a
woman and a man is like a giant and an ant; the ant is just too far
away for the giant to hear. However, if the giant made it a point to
hear the ant I'm sure something could be worked out. The giant could
put herself and her fight to be right aside and listen.
If you would like to become friends with your mate the next time
he is pleading with you, at least listen and weigh it out before you
react emotionally. Listen with your golden ear at the love behind it.
