Each day at the Academy for Psychic Studies I see people come and go. I watch them
come in stressed out and I watch them leave calm, relaxed and happy. This is a fabulous
thing, for they are learning how to release the energy that is stressing them out.
Bodies react in different ways to stress. Some people can’t sleep, some can’t eat,
and most lose their amusement. Some people are time bombs waiting to explode. The
worst thing about stress is the strain it puts on your internal organs and it’s negative
effects on the overall well being of your body.
You would be amazed how easy it is to de-stress yourself and how happy you and your
body could be by learning simple techniques and concepts on how to do this. Come
and say hello to yourself at the Academy for Psychic Studies.
