Grounding, running energy, creating and destroying, finding one's own space. These are all tools of spirit. I learned these and many more at least eighteen years ago and have used them ever since. At the time I had a hard time coping with life.

I didn't know why, I just knew I was angry most of the time or very sad. Most sensitives experience life this way because they are not in touch with their own energy. They usually walk around with everyone's problems in their head.

When I started to use grounding everyone else's energy started to leave my space. Then I could start to look at some of the pain that I forgot or didn't even know was there. The more I released this energy the more room I had inside for me, spirit. Later I saw these energies were contributing to low self- esteem and lack of certainty about who I was and what I wanted to experience in this body.

Over the years, seventeen since the Spiritual Rights Foundation Inc. has been established, I still love watching the beginning students learn grounding because when they do incredible changes take place in their space. They do it all, find their space and say hello to themselves as spirit.

Classes, psychic readings and a Free Healing Clinic are offered, as well as a complete tape library, and a 24 hour psychic helpline.
