The Teachings of Jesus

The other day I walked into the Academy For Psychic Studies while Rev. Bill was working with the children in trance. I was sitting in another room, so the kids did not know I was there, but I could hear their conversations. The healing vibration that was present was so inspiring. Imagine how it would be if you were having a talk with Santa Claus - that's the type of magic that was in the air.

The kids were in total rapport and harmony with Rev. Bill. He was explaining concepts to them about the workings of spirit and Christ, how the universe operates...topics that I have heard him discuss in his adult lecture workshops.

The amazing aspect of this, is that the children, ages ranging from five to fifteen, were right there with him, comprehending and understanding the information that was being presented to them. I knew this by the questions they were asking him. They were not analyzing, they were not trying to prove to Rev. Bill how smart they were, they were not rebuking the things he said. They were simply enjoying being in his company, and I believe they were seeing past the personality of the man, right into the soul of Christ. That's just my perception, but how could it be any other way? The energy in the house was filled with warmth, love and compassion. How blessed these children are, I thought to myself.

I realized that this is what the Spirit of SRF is all about - to keep that consciousness Rev. Bill shares alive and flowing. Yes, it is in all of us, but as adults, we tend to want to dissect it, scrutinize and tear it apart before we allow ourselves to accept it. Not so with children. They have the consciousness, the understanding, the awareness already, they just need someone to see it, validate them and let them keep it.

Like Jesus, this is what Rev. Bill does with the children; all the children, even the ones in big adult bodies. We all must return to that simple childlike faith inside of us, because that is the sanctuary of consciousness within our psychic space. It's the only way. And if you ever wonder what the attitude is that we need, go find a child and say hello!
