The American Spirit News-paper is a smorgasbord for the soul. This newspaper was designed with this in mind. We know that no one is just a body walking around, but that the intelligence that moves and directs that body around is really you, the spirit. How often are you addressed on this level? Not very often, yet it is your real identity. Each issue we include articles that give you material to reflect upon, to make use of, and enjoy.

This issue we have focused on the season of summer including articles that reflect the things people tend to think about during this time of year. One article is titled, “Vacations vs Retreats”. Most people take vacations during this time of year. The author clarifies why retreats are so vital to your well being. In “Different Ways Women Give To Their Bodies” the writer tells us why we absolutely need to give to our bodies as women and the consequences when we don’t, as well as the best ways to give to ourselves. We also have an article on how to do a quick and simple fast, and the benefits you derive from fasting.

We have our regular features, such as the crossword puzzle, astrology column and the Bay Area Pet Psychic column. We continue to have articles by William Duby, founder of the American Spirit Newspaper. This issue we are running “Trance, and It’s Great Purpose.” On that same note Debi Livingston has written, “Change Your Perspective, Change Your Life With Hypnosis”. Debi also continues her series on the psychic/spiritual reasons behind physical ailments; this issue it is about allergies. Angela Silva the Director of the Academy For Psychic Studies writes about “Clairvoyant Reading”. She shares her experience of the first time she received a reading. So enjoy!
