Dear Rev. Bill   

Though I see you every day I never stop to really tell you thank you, from my heart. Sixteen years ago I wandered into your life called SRF. I was searching, only  didn't know back then that I was the missing piece to my puzzle called life.   

You were so familiar to me, as if I had known you always, yet a stranger just the same. When you talked you penetrated through all my dreams, hopes, misperceptions, and reached me inside where no other had ever dared to go, or cared enough to try.   

Like a harp string being plucked that had succumbed to silence, I felt my soul stirring and awakening until I became the song I yearned to sing. You have coached and guided me, like an Olympic Trainer, seeing the excellence in me and demanding it be brought forth long before I even dared to dream it could be there.   

You've walked with me. You've pushed me forward when I was afraid that I would fall, and each time I fell you've always helped me up and made sure I kept on moving forward.  I've laughed. I've cried. I've experienced the depths of despair and the heights of pure bliss and always you have remained the same. A smile, a wink and a simple "I know, I've been there."   

I haven't been the fastest learner. I've taken many detours I didn't need to take, but I'm here. I am present, alive and accounted for within my templed body.  You have given me a gift, Rev. Bill. You have taught me how to live my own life and continue to show me where I'm not. You have taught me how to maintain my own vibration -- I'm discovering the joys of being a Universal Being instead of a World Traveler. Most of all, you have shown me how much fun God is having being me, and you have given me the keys to His Kingdom so I can join in the fun.   

I am honored and proud to have you as a Pastor, teacher, mentor...Brother in Christ.    I love you Rev. Bill and I pray I can carry the torch to light the path for others as you have so tirelessly and eloquently lighted and illuminated mine.
