How To Free Yourself From Guilt & GriefBy Rev. William DubyThe purpose of this article is to shed light on your inner power to release guilt and get over grief for the well being of prosperity on a financial, mental, spiritual and physical reality. With this article I am going to dispel guilt and grief by becoming very truthful to you; to help correct perception. And whatever has kept you spellbound until now will fall by the wayside the moment you hear the truth. You will know it is happening because as you read this article things will begin to make sense. All of a sudden clarity will become yours to see. Your mind will become well, if not already. A sense of liberation, freedom and a light hearted feeling will return you in the sense of being at home with yourself. It has been said that there aren't any accidents in the universe; that all things work together for the good. With that in mind, you were intuitively guided to this article by your higher self; the Self within the self that knows all, is all, and is aware of all. Guilt by definition is remorse, shame, compunction, contrition; and, of course remorse is really grief in the sense of experiencing sorrow, anguish, pain, distress, misery, woe. All woe brings with it adversity, and millions upon millions of people are tormented by a constant worry that never seems to go away. When we hear that man will have trials and tribulations, we are being told that we will be tested by circumstances as to the sincerity of our plight. When we regret our wrongdoing, we become apologetic, and in that contrite state we become repentant until the law of grace lightens the burden, and we are once again at liberty. And now we come to the purpose of this article. It is a self help tool designed to help alleviate the negative mental condition so that you can get on with your life and enjoy it! Will it work for everyone? Well, it will work for everyone who is kindred in spirit with the message offered in this article. And it will help the people willing to apply themselves by changing their psychological outlook. Yet, I must admit that there aren't any guarantees. It happens to you according to where you place your faith. If you want to experience being complete, total, all, full, intact, undiminished, and undivided then you must exercise your faith in you, and there is no better place. Whether you say that you have faith in God or that you have faith in you doesn't matter, because you were created in the image and likeness of God (Spirit-Consciousness). You are really saying the same thing. Therefore, like God you have the innate power of faith to reach your goal by simply picturing and feeling what you want to experience, in place of the experience you are presently undergoing. Thoughts erase and thoughts replace. Replace the thoughts of what you don't want to experience with the thinking to create the thoughts that will attract the experience that you want and you'll amaze yourself that you did it. Did what? You freed yourself from the negative experience by directing your attention to the positive equivalent and holding it there by thinking to experience it as your newfound joy. If you are looking for a miracle, let's get miraculous by wondering what it would be like if we thought differently than we have been taught before. If you are prepared to face whatever guilt or grief is hidden in your psychic space, the karmic condition or the negative state of mind can reverse itself, and you can walk free, cleared in mind because you exercised faith in a higher power (the grace of God). It is up to you. What have you got to lose by accepting what I share with you? Nothing but the guilt and grief. Karma does exist the same as the law of cause and effect; and more people than not react to the effects rather than act from cause. But the karmic law isn't the only law in the universe. A higher power existed long before man fell into disgrace by deceiving himself through negative use in his thinking when picturing and feeling with his faculty of imagination. You cannot move forward into the present unless you leave the past, and only after first deciding to think differently before you depart, as the sure way of never returning. Are you ready, willing and able to make the journey? Many people before you have said they were but were divided in their heart and didn't have a decided mind to do it; consequently, they failed themselves miserably before they began. Where do you stand with you? Are you ready to pay the price, enjoying freedom from the curse of guilt and grief? If so, make the decision now. Decide to leave the painful past behind by training your mind to think differently; differently than you were taught in the past. Think differently now. In a clear and precise manner where the higher view is welcome and appreciated for your well being. The law of karma states that every action has an exact opposite and equal reaction. It is amazing how many people fail because they don't understand the workings of the law of karma. The more they try and change themselves or circumstances, the more they stay the same, or seemingly things get worse. Why? I used to date karma but she expected me to be different than I am. So I go out with grace now because she is heavenly in her outlook, and I find that I can easily accept myself as I am when in her presence of present time. People keep engaged to karma because they don't know how to break it off. But it is easy to quit dating karma once you know the secret of letting go. So what is the secret? The secret in letting go is in realizing that you are holding onto expectations. When you expect and your hope is smashed, you grieve. And when you realize you did anticipate when you shouldn't have expected, you feel guilt. Getting caught between guilt and grief is like getting caught between a rock and a hard place, you get stuck and experience depression. You become sorrowful. Expectations can lead to insanity, and insane expectations are what we call "impossible pictures" to imagine. Impossible for God and impossible for man; simply put: "perfect pictures." Sanity requires that we keep our mental composure. When we poise our mind the equilibrium of balance becomes us and we are sane because we exercise the law of assumption without expectation on man, for we realize what is not possible for man is possible for God. With that in mind we use the law and assume that God is the source of our supply, the one to fulfill our needs, rather than expect another human being to do our bidding, because we realize how much he needs to do his own bidding to be in charge of his life. Such is sane reasoning, and is in agreement with the statement of the constitution: "Man is endowed by his Creator with certain inalienable rights of which are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." Expecting another to do what we are quite capable of doing for ourselves isn't sensible and borders on the deranged, demented and psychotic. If we are to be well then we must think well. Certainly it is the responsible thing to do for well being. You can break the ties with karma by becoming aware of your common sense. We all have it within us to know better. It doesn't make sense to keep dating karma when the law of grace is operative in the universe. You don't have to work out your good and bad karma unless you think you do. You can abide in the law of grace. You aren't obliged in reality to uphold the insane expectations of a spiritual/religious system of perfectionism accompanying the law of karma. You don't have to be under its bondage. Jesus said to take on His yoke it was easy, to learn of Him. You can quit associating with having to be perfect. Let God be perfect and His man free from perfectionism. You can do that good deed by realizing the truth. You don't have to be perfect for God; it is sufficient if God is perfectly good enough for you. When you realize this you quit trying to change yourself and relax for Christ sake. Upholding the law of karma isn't a wise thing to do. I'll tell you why! Karma isn't capable of seeing you in the light of the truth, as being the perfect creation of the perfect Creator. Karma is a lower vibration because karma is an angry vibration; a heavy burden with a gravitational pull towards being earth bound. Grace, on the other hand, is the higher vibration because grace is an amusing vibration; a light alleviation with levity giving you the power to arise in consciousness and soar into the heights of the divine providence. The gurus of the world's religious philosophies have stated for decades that the "eastern teachings" must come to the west. Why do you suppose this is so? I believe it is because the people of the west think differently, and will eventually come to realize the eastern teaching is for God to do and the western teaching is for man to do. Let me explain! The eastern teachings are founded upon the principle of finding your happiness in becoming perfect like God is, and that you pay a karmic price for not being perfect. They also say that if you are faithful to the dictate of the spiritual/religious philosophy then someday, in another embodiment the karmic debt will have been paid and you will become one with God. This is a lie! Such teachings are anti-Christ and inhumane because they are like the offering of the "carrot and the stick." The carrot is always in front of you. You never get the carrot but always get the stick. According to karma the next embodiment will be better. That is, if you do better this time around. There's the carrot in the future, and the stick in the present is that you must suffer now not to suffer later. Always the next embodiment. What about this embodiment, what about present time? Why can't you have the carrot now? Well, I'll tell you why! You can't have the carrot because you are busy getting the stick of karmic punishment. And now you know why you feel inadequate, why you experience guilt for what you do and grief if you don't do it. People have a true need to awaken and realize that God doesn't punish. And because you think God punishes, because you've been taught God punishes, you try and become good. The law of karma says, you must balance out for your efforts. So, you must take some time out and become bad for a while. With this in mind you swing back and forth, left and right of center and you have to wait until you finish swinging to see that you didn't need to try to be good or rebel just to prove you're bad. Let's get it clear! God, the real thou art of the I AM, doesn't punish His creatures. His creatures punish each other because of their sibling rivalry of creating false ethics and morality and subjecting each other to their dogma. God, in order to be God, as C. S. Lewis wrote, hasn't any needs. Therefore, why would God have a need to punish his creatures? The Creator and creature are one, the same as the sun and the sunshine are one, and Jesus knew this truth. There isn't any separation in divine mind. God knows His Spirit, and His Spirit is within the soul memory of man as the gifted consciousness of common sense. And since all things work together for the good in the overall big picture, God hasn't any need to change what will naturally transform in time and space if left well enough alone. Man is good enough for God, Jesus proved this fact of life. He revealed the truth of what He knew; that the Father of the Universe was in Him, as His Spirit, and if anyone knew this truth the same exact Spirit was in him and they were kindred in spirit with Jesus. In other words, they think alike therefore they are alike. And just as much as Jesus knew that He did nothing by Himself but the Father, or the life force, within him did the works; the same is true for those people who are kindred in spirit with Him and His kind. Man isn't good enough for man. Therefore, man feels he has need to perfect himself because he has been taught he is a sinner; meaning he is erring in his thinking. The mere fact he is trying to change himself is sin. Such a notion is insulting the intelligence of the God inside the life force that brought him into being. It is impossible for God to make a mistake in bringing forth His creation. Nothing can be added to it, and nothing can be taken away from it; nothing has the power to make it better in the eyes of God. The creature is Godly by the fact that it was made by God, and since man was created in the image and likeness of God he should accept himself like he is; namely Godly and in Paradise when he thinks clearly, and in Hell when he doesn't. Jesus came to reveal the face of the Father; the countenance of the Heavenly Host; the Supreme Being; the Creator-God; the presence of the Eternal Elohim; The Holy Spirit; namely, cosmic consciousness; or the great I AM. In reality, Jesus was a channel for the Infinite Spirit of Life that flows through every man, woman and child upon this earth plane. In the Gospel of John, Chapter 10, 7-21, Jesus said, Truly, truly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep. All who came before me are thieves and robbers; but the sheep did not heed them. All, not some, but all that came before Him. This includes Judaism, Hinduism, Buddhism. All of them, including the current day version of Christianity. Anything and everything that causes you to believe that you have to be perfect for God is anti-Christ or a heavy burden, far too heavy to carry. Jesus goes on to say, I am the door; if any one enters by me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture. All people can think like Jesus and save themselves from feeling guilty and suffering painful grief. All people need to do is see through the spiritual/religious game. By thinking like Jesus, you can feed upon the delicious food for thought and grow in the light of the truth while unfolding the psychic ability to go in and out of the positive trance state of mind, and rest in your integrity. Jesus goes on to further say, The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly. All those that existed before Jesus didn't intend to set men into their freedom to experience greatness by following the indwelling intuitive light of the truth within themselves. Instead they came to steal men's souls and kill their spirit and destroy their psychic ability to discern the truth from the lie. And to do that they had to capture men's imaginations, and blind them by helping them think that they weren't good enough for God. Jesus came to reveal their dastardly deed. This is why they killed Him, and this is why He let them have their way. He was letting them show the public what they had in mind for anyone who stood up and dared to awaken the masses from their hypnotic slumber. Jesus speaks further and shows people He has a clear view when He says, I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep. He who is a hireling and not a shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, sees the wolf coming and leaves the sheep and flees; and the wolf snatches them and scatters them. He flees because he is a hireling and cares nothing for the sheep. Jesus makes it clear He will lay down His life for the people so that they will see how fearful the earthly powers of the negative mind truly are. The clergy is sorely afraid that the masses will awaken and realize they've been practicing a false teaching. Self realization would cause people to realize the true teaching had the sanctioned power to set them into freedom where they would certainly become aware they were perfect for God, and only God, since they were created in His image and likeness, and that they had the divine purpose to enjoy their eternal prosperity on earth as it is done in heaven. Jesus continues on in His statements, I am the good shepherd; I know my own and my own know me, as the Father knows me and I know the Father; and I lay down my life for the sheep. And I have other sheep, that are not of this fold; I must bring them also, and they will heed my voice. So there shall be one flock, one shepherd. Jesus makes it clear why He is the good shepherd. He'd rather die than show any other face than the one of truth. He knows why the people feel guilty and grieve. It is because they are dishonoring themselves by upholding the tenets of false morality and ethical behavior. He knows which people will hear Him, and intuitively knows where they are. His people are those who are in need of arising in consciousness; people who know that enough is enough. Bondage of any kind will not do what only freedom will do for Christ sake. And in that sense Jesus lets it be known that there are other people in different spiritual/religious teachings who are in dire need of awakening from the hypnotic slumber. And He concludes his statement by saying, For this reason the Father loves Me, because I lay down my life, that I may take it again. No one takes it from Me, but I lay it down of My own accord. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again; this charge I have received from My Father. Jesus made it clear to all what is real and what is false. The powers that be saw what Jesus was attempting to do - awaken the masses to the fact that they were following a useless religion designed by man to dominate, control and kill their spirit and their body if necessary, to keep their mind in the dark. When Jesus was telling the religious doctor Nicodemus that he had to be reborn. He was sharing with him an intuitive insight. And it was ironic how Nicodemus was dumfounded in his response when he questioned how could a man return to his mother's womb and become reborn? This response amused Jesus. What Jesus was telling Nicodemus was that we were never born of the flesh because we are not flesh. Just as we are in the world but not of it, likewise, we are in the body but not of it also. We are spirit, consciousness itself, and it is impossible for us to be the flesh. The body was born after we came into being, and until we experience the mental birthing process of awakening to our true identity we keep identifying with being a body rather than the spirit that we truly are; the consciousness of the body itself. This truth is made clear when Jesus stated that no one goes to heaven except he that came from heaven, even the Son of God that is heaven. So, either we came into being from the cosmic reality of the heavenly host, or we did not. To say that we did not is unwise, since we would be denying the cosmic consciousness we need to be super conscious. Working to perfect the flesh is a waste of time. The flesh is earthly, not heavenly; material, not immaterial. Things of the flesh crave things of the flesh because the procreative forces of carnal knowledge are designed exclusively to perpetuate the species of mankind. And there isn't anything wrong with the earthly forces designed to do this good work. Besides, he who said to be fruitful and multiply knew exactly what he was doing in letting the procreative forces be what they are; temple builders. Things of the spirit similarly crave things of the spirit. And those people who are into purifying themselves for God, devoted to the metaphysical idea of purity, need purging on the psychic level where the spirit in consciousness can alleviate itself of false morals and ethics playing havoc upon the flesh. One isn't truly moral unless he has good morale; or he has resolved his sense of moral inadequacy by realizing he is spirit and not the flesh. The flesh belongs in the earthly atmosphere, and the spirit in the cosmic atmosphere. Each has their proper place and each is at emnity with the other, and as spirit we must know our place with both. This is why we have a psychic space in which to place the presence of our spirit so that we may live, embodied in present time. In other words, conscious; in the now. Morals and ethics belong at the spirit level and it is a sin (error in thinking) placing them on the flesh to repress its physical nature. True morality can only exist when it serves to remove moral and ethical expectations on the flesh. Inhibiting the natural flow of the physical nature of the body suffers the good morale and represses the positive/neutral psychological outlook. Things of the flesh are supposed to cry out for things of the flesh because the carnal knowledge of the physical world has given the mandate for procreative reasons. Things of the spirit are supposed to cry out for things of the spirit because the spiritual knowledge of the metaphysical world has given the mandate for co-creative reasons. Each has its place within the bounty of existence. The infinite is found within the finite, and the metaphysical within the physical. When the inner serves the outer, the healing of a lifetime takes place because in a split second we awaken to who we are, where we are, and we live forever in that eternal knowledge of experiencing the well being of prosperity on a financial, mental, spiritual and physical level of reality. You can do that now because their isn't anything or anyone to block you, except you; and you wouldn't do that to yourself would you? The karmic condition will cause you to think that you need to use a willful force and try and make something happen when only an unintentional mental poise will work to apply the law of grace. Every action has an exact opposite and equal reaction. For things to go the other way, aright for a positive change, the psychological outlook must change polarity for the thinking to correct itself and go the other way for change; change for the better, a healthy effortless perspective. Using an exerting force will only cause resistance. Resistance is effort that will baffle your mind and frustrate your senses until the stress factor increases proportionately to the exerted effort to strain yourself by being willful; and you'll experience being senseless, or caught up in your feelings. The outcome is that you are exhausted without reaching your goal and you give up. Besides, a pushing force isn't needed to exact change for the better. You have a life force with a cosmic awareness that can do the great work. By becoming perfectly at ease, completely and utterly letting go, the subconscious draws into itself the cosmic inflow of awareness from the soul memory, and what was kept secret then reveals itself. So change for the better can only come about when we relax, give in, and submit to the internal powers of the life force. And a decided mind is the requirement on our part; to back off, lighten up and let go. Let all expectations go. By holding onto expectations the spirit is tainted and the law of karma causes our efforts to become thwarted, prevented and blocked. Everyone wants change for the better. It has been said that the Almighty knows our heart. With that in mind, you need do nothing to make change happen except to let go. Because the first step in bringing about change for the better, believe it or not, is to be happy where you are at. You thought to be where you are at, so enjoy it. It is your creation by taking thought, and if you can't enjoy it because you thought incorrectly, and things didn't turn out as you expected, enjoy the fact that you don't enjoy it. You can at least do that much. Once you settle down and enjoy where you are at, the next thing you realize is that you don't have to stay there. You can arise in consciousness and learn how to turn a negative into a positive by changing your perspective until you rest upon the healthy view. When you do it, do as I suggest, the subconscious flushes itself of any mental virus, discharges implanted foreign energy, and replenishes your psychic space with the highest creative essence of pure awareness that all is well, and you are healed and on your way to enjoying your life.
